Las Vegas USA Casino is a Costa Rica based casino run by the Mainstreet Vegas Group. The software used by the casino is Real Time Gaming (RTG) and it offers American based players a place to wager their money. Using a well respected game software is a positive, but does Las Vegas USA do anything to make itself stand out from the pack?

As stated above, Las Vegas USA uses Real Time Gaming software to power its games. It offers dozens of games with a great variety when it comes to the casino's Real Series Video Slots. Favourite games of ours include Aladdin's Wishes, Count Spectacular and Pay Dirt! Las Vegas USA also offers pooled RTG progressive jackpot slots with million dollar jackpots (see below for current figures) as well as diverse games like keno and scratch cards.

On the table game front, a lot of the classics you would expect to see at any land based casino are available, including Blackjack, Roulette, 3 Card Poker, Baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Craps, and many others.

For those seeking Video Poker, the game is also readily available with several options of game play for punters to try their luck at, such as Jacks or Better, Aces and Eights, Deuces Wild, Loose Deuces and more. All are available in both single and multiple hand modes.

Overall we found the games to load quickly and run smoothly and while the table graphics are nothing to write home about, they serve their purpose well.

Banking and Customer Support

Las Vegas USA offers several options for players to deposit and withdraw their money. While not as vast as some other casinos we have seen, it does offer a nice variety of banking options and does not charge a fee for certain withdrawal payments, which we really liked to see. Deposit options include: Credit card, Click and Buy, Instadebit, Gift Cards, Moneybookers, Neteller and Money Order, while withdrawals also included standard checks, courier checks, and ACH to American bank accounts.

From what we saw, the withdrawal limits for Slots Plus depended on the type of service you use to take money out. For a check or money order the limit was among the highest at $2,500 per instance (only Neteller offered more at $5,000). There is also an absolute cap of $5000 per week. While we like to see no limits, we can understand that moving money around to and from American players has gotten more difficult recently. Also, Americans can expect to wait around 2 weeks to receive their withdrawals from this casino.

Customer service is available for punters with problems 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Options to communicate with the support crew include instant message, email and toll free telephone calls. The instant message session worked quickly for us and gave us information almost immediately.

Summary

While being based in Costa Rica is not usually a good sign for online casinos due to the lax enforcement and regulation, we must say that Las Vegas USA does a good job. Its games played well and kept us entertained. We were happy to see no fees on most of the withdrawal options and glad to see good customer service being offered to players.
