Jackpot Grand Casino is one of several RTG-powered online casinos run by Netad Management, a company that is also responsible for casinos such as WinPalace, Casino Titan, Slots Jungle and Golden Cherry Casino. To be brutally blunt, we don't hold casinos in this group in especially high regard as they have proven time and again to be slow payers. However we took the time to check out Jackpot Grand to see if it could boast anything to make it stand out from its brethren.

Blacklisted for non-payment of winnings by related casino

The actions of one of Netad Management's other casinos, Grand Macao, has caused us to blacklist the entire group. While slow payments from these guys is par for the course, the outright refusal to pay a winner of $6500 is rogue casino behaviour. You can read all about it here. We no longer have the confidence to say that this operator will pay you if you should hit a big win, and therefore we urge players to avoid Jackpot Grand along with all others run by the same management.

Software and Games

Jackpot Grand is one of many RTG powered casinos, so if you have played at any of the others you will know exactly what to expect in terms of the games on offer. The casino offers registration and "instant play" via its website as well as via the traditional downloadable software for Windows PCs. Although the internet version is handy, it offers a smaller collection of games that in the full download client. Overall the downloadable system is much more robust and we found it to offer a more smooth gameplay experience.

Jackpot Grand offers all of RTG's real series video slots but, as is usual with the casinos in this group, all the pooled progressive jackpot games are missing. So there is absolutely no chance of you hitting over a million on Jackpot Pinatas here, and when you read about the payment process later, you'll realise that perhaps that is a blessing in disguise.

Anyway, although RTG slots aren't the most creative games out there, they certainly are entertaining and there are a wide variety to be tried. Some of the best games to look out for are Triple Twister with its expanding wild bonuses, Aladdin's Wishes with its lamp selection bonus game, and T-Rex with its free spins round of up to 50 spins, not to mention the excellent dinosaur sounds.

Table games are good at Jackpot Grand, with a solid selection of games available ranging from blackjack to poker to roulette and craps. We found the games to run smoothly and are pretty much what you would expect from similar casinos. In addition, the casino supports RTG's casino tournaments system which allows you to play in regular tournaments for fixed fees.

Banking and Customer Support

Banking at Jackpot Grand Casino mirrors its sister casinos in terms of the type of payment and withdrawal choices. Unfortunately, payouts are more difficult to process at Netad-owned casinos than at several other RTG destinations. Reports of players being forced to submit and resubmit withdrawal requests as well as delays in payments hamper what has been proven as being a simple process in other casinos. The casino terms specify that payments will be paid "up to a maximum of $3000" per 5-10 business day period. Our experience is that the best you can hope for is $500 per fortnight, even if you are not in the USA and subject to their payment difficulties. This is simply not good enough.

Up front, customer service seems helpful enough, with support being offered 24/7 through telephone, email, and instant message. The reps are friendly and offered adequate assistance for our queries.

Conclusion

We really don't see too much from Jackpot Grand that separates it from its sister casinos. The games, service, and banking options are all the same, and when you consider the slow payment process, all in all it is honestly quite underwhelming. Previously we advised players to be prepared to wait for withdrawals from this casino. These days though we can't even expect that, and there is a good chance that you won't be paid if you have a good win. Avoid this casino.

Just an update my credit card company is working with me to get a charge back of all Deposits made here ; Jackpot grand Casino Online - Also I spoke to corporate Visa and they said they are going to block all visa privileges with this Fraud Company!!!, so I hope they go down not being to run anymore ...Next course is follow up with MasterCard!!!

I really doubt that "Eli Richards" and "Jack Hawkins" are real names. The casino is run by Israelis and if I had to guess I'd say that they are doing a bit of creative localisation to appear more appealing to Americans who are their primary target.

Just an update regarding this Casino: Jackpot Grand Casino Online,
I received an Email from the very same person who does the Review for
Cash-outs / Withdrawl - Stating they would refund me the money which
I played with in the Round that I won the Jackpot!?!... Ok makes no sense
what so ever, but they said I would recieve it with in 7 days business days!?!...
It's been way past that amount of stated days...of ** 7 business days from
when I received that email!?...So now I'm just going to spread the word about
this casino with the people who work there namely:

- Eli Richards -
- Jack Hawkins - ? / if that is an alias or such....

- and any others that I kept detailed records since this and previous postings
and winnings!!!

Once again, they are nothing but Liars- and Theifs!!! - Blatantly which
are still operation online!!!. Next recourse is to contact both Credit Card
companies and state they are False Company on many numerous
Pretense as well as using a Clothing Company of all sorts to get the

So Above is a Chat Request with a Representative from the Casino: Jackpot Grand Casino *Netad Management -

I have reached out to them in Chat ; Since the above Finance person Mr. Eli Richards, has not responded
back to me since....I also find it odd that When I called again today I was HUNG UP ON?!?...AFTER I WAS ASKED FOR DETAILS TO EXPLAIN MYSELF AND WHO I WAS PERSONALLY AND IDENTITY WISE...
LATER they then said they had a bad CONNECTION?!?!...LOL YEAH OK...

I have an ongoing Tale with this above Casino to date of when I got paid and hit a Jackpot with them!!!...I have attached a few pictures and the amount I was betting and what I was playing: The Three Stooges Brides - Jackpot Grand Casino Online

While I have been playing there for over a few years, and I believe I have contributed to there monetary relief fund:)~...I would like to state I have never won this much until this time on this site...

While Playing this month in the week of may on the 14th to be exact, I was betting as high as 75.00$ a hand and I got as high as 7500 in winnings and just finally cashed out when I hit the Jackpot...I would like to state..They have congratulated me when I did hit the Jackpot with first a Phone call, then Email!...
However it all went downhill from there...

First and foremost they said there were looking out for my "SECURITY", and asked for all types of information to verify myself, Which with some hesitation I did...

First they wanted my Drivers License Front - Back
Second All Credit's Used on the Site - Front and Back
* Even Statements 🤷
Third Banking Information to Prove my Identity???
Fourth : Rental Agreement To prove My address - Which I showed them, even
another Form of Identity -
Fifth : The constant Faxback Form they made me resubmit over and over again!?!
Saying I didn't do it correctly at one way or another...

1. It was the way I was signing the Document, take in mind I wrote it in PRINT, and very legible , and not to be unreadable at all!!!

2. They kept asking me to put down the ACH number and ABA number over and over again, when I kept telling them My bank only uses 1 number!!!

3. My Signature!?!?, they said they couldn't read it? HUH???

In all this effort over the past 1 week and half now, I have delt with constant back
and forth emails with following people:

1. Jack Hawkins - Customer Service Rep
2. Mr. O'donnel from the Finance Team / Department
3. Victoria - Customer Service Rep
4. Hunter - Customer Service Rep
5. Mr. Eli Richards, The head of the Finance Department - Who makes me keep
resubmitting over and over again...It's never ending now...I feel like no matter what I send in Document wise, I will recieve some type of email stating they either can't read it, or its not enough?🤷????

Really now? , all these people just so I can get my Withdrawl and get my winnings?🤷...This is very sad and I have now only read about the notorious
and Rogue practice of this Casino!...Which now gives me less insight to how and if I will get my Money / Winnings!??!...

I won : 2700.00 and I will show how I put in the Wire Transfer for it stated on the date of: May 14th 2015

I was betting really really high once again I will state, something I would never really do in person at a Casino say in Nevada? lol...but hey I took a chance here at this Casino...And now That I have this problem its very very sad indeed!!!...

Further to my last post I spoke again to one of their agent regarding my refund request and they told me that my account has been closed due to security reason and i will be notified thru e-mail. Its been past over due since my last request of refund i requested it last march 6 yet until now no clear status. *sigh* i send Clara Hans private message unfortunately shes no longer representative of the said casino. But im still hoping the new representative will handle my request.

further to my last post.I can now tell you that I was finally paid what was owed to me.I dealt with Clare Hans and it seemed to work.If you are having problems getting paid she may be the 1 to help.I have made a few deposits but dont plan on making to many more until I feel 100% confident they can be trusted.After reading some of the other chats this is not an option at this moment.Anyhow yes I was paid out so there is hope.I hope this was useful

I also got deceived by this casino! last jan. I played on their no deposit bonus and won. As expected they asked me to send necesarry requirements which i immediately submitted after a verrrry long time of waiting and made several follow up talking up to their highest management still i havent received my winning due to their lame uses of excuses! Upon reading other comments my case was almost the same with other player they will prolonged the withrawals then they wil say your account is not very much active and you have to make a deposit. I am so fed up with their excuses! Worst casino ever! They even told me that i will be banned to all other casinos.

I have faced a six month ordeal trying to withdraw money I won at Jackpot Grand. I have been given the complete runaround. Been told to wait ludicrous amounts of time for reviews on my account. I've had the 90 day review tried twice! I've spoken to everyone possible at this corrupt establishment, including a representative Clara Hans, who as a supposed rep for Jackpot Grand gave me assurance that my next withdrawal would only take 72 hours, only to be declined 10 days later. Again! This time around I've been declined the withdrawal as I haven't been playing with my money enough! Absolute B**sh*t (in order to keep them happy I played through a couple hundred dollars over the last week (just what they want me to continue to do in order for me to 'go away').

To this date I have not received a single cent of any amount of money, from small 300 requests to my full balance of 2000. I've made sure that I met all their strict terms and conditions so as not to invalidate anyone of my claims. They have not provided any understandable reason behind any of their decisions. They don't act from any place of reason or fairness.

All I have been displayed is disgraceful behaviour, and rogue, immoral policies clearly set by NetAd Management. Every supposed representative, Financial Department employee, and help desk customer service I've spoke to over the last six months have all deceived me to the highest degree.

Jackpot Grand Casino, and the entire NetAd Management group of casino's should not be trusted by anyone!

further to my last comments.I elected to give Jackpotgrand the benefit of the doubt and made 4 more deposits expecting them to honor the 2500 they owe me.I requested a withdrawal and waited the 2 week waiting period another scam just to be told that I was not playing enough to warrant receiving my winnings.Again why would you have to deposit again in order to receive winnings is beyond me,anyhow this is the reason they gave me,and told me if I keep on depositing my status will improve and eventually I assume that means after they recoup what they gave me and I lose 2500 and plus more they will send me my withdrawal yeah right.Anyways I have contacted the gaming commission as well as the software provider to see what can be done.I will let you know what was said ,In the meantime anybody reading this,take it from someone who is getting shatted,do not deposit at this casino unless you want to lose you money.Even if you win you lose

I deposited money and and won a decent chunk of change, but it has been over 3 weeks and my withdraw request hasn't gone anywhere. I even contacted support, and they said someone would email me back, but I haven't heard anything. Their terms of service say 10 business days, and it's been 15. It's so sad - you would think a better marketing strategy would be to pay fast on a players 1st deposit to keep them coming back. I'm going to start trying to put more pressure on them....anyone have any tips or tricks when dealing with this casino? Has anyone actually had a successful withdraw? I have no qualms with spending my time spreading the word across the net to make sure no one else falls into their ridiculousness. And generally, you make more money by retaining repeat customers. The only online casino that has really impressed me is Bovada.

Jackpot grand it is also real time gaming casino that have lot of complaints and players not very love this casino. I try it only once because they have same reputation like for example winpalace or grand parker casino but here bonuses and promotions not very good. And like always happens, nobody cares did casino good or not, when you have a chance to play with free money, and moreover when you had a chance to make some profit from this free money. I also get a bonus from this casino, playing with 25$ and i start from T-rex slot, i do not know why i like it, probably belaff always talking about this slot, something like ' oh i see more than 1.000 x bet screenie on forum yesterday on this slot, i need to play it' . I am even can not remember did i see on this t-rex slots wins over x 100, not talking about 1000 , but this was free money so i just lost them playing 0.5 per spin and forget about this casino. Few players of course clear this bonus and request withdrawal, and looks like for most of them cashouts took a bit more than two week. I have been playing at Jackpot Grand for a couple of years. Have won lots of money there. Here recently, they totally restricted my account as far as using coupons, getting my comps or even getting chips. Would never give me a reason as to why they had done this. I was a loyal patron, spending thousands of dollars at this casino, but I finally told them to close my account. They are deceitful and manipulative and they really don't care about their patrons. I hope anyone who reads this, takes heed to what I am saying. You will be treated like crap too.
