Well, this casino gets 4-1/2 stars? I downloaded the program and it had a flashy 200% bonus on slots for new players. So, I said, OK that sounds GREAT to try out a new place. I deposited $145.00 and they gave it an account open of $245.00. My anybody's math is AIN'T no 200%.
That's when I found out they DON'T have live chat and you have to email them to get answer. I emailed them to try and fix it before I started up play-I learned to fix things like this the hard way from other sites-they emailed me back-and to be fair, it was in a timely manner- that the max bonus was only $100 no matter what you deposited.
They should have put that in BIG letters instead of the flashy 200%!!!!.... .
Well, anyway, their email was snippy to me by quipping would you like us to take the bonus off? I said sure, if you could refund my $145.00 and I'll just go somewhere else! They emailed me back NO, WE CAN"T DOOOO THAT.... yeah, THATS what I figured!
ANYWAY, I started up using the crumbs the gave me and in 136 spins on the slot I did not get a SINGLE free spin... NOT ONE. I will not be back and do not recommend this site to US players.
This casino has odds that stink, no on-line chat, and snippy help....go over to Manhattan Slots for some REAL professional play. I am VERY suprised at the rating of casino listings for this site. Usually, they are right on the money. This site is MICKEY MOUSE. Caveat Empter!

Thanks for the feedback. These guys have been around a long time and have always been good in the past - no fuss, no flashy website, just dependable and quick to pay when you have a win.

It is possible that things are deteriorating due to the number of casinos closing after the recent U.S. government actions. Maybe they are cutting corners in the support department. I'll send an email to them and see if I can get any information.

Ed this company is under Jurisdiction: Costa Rica. We all know that is equal to = no player protection what so ever. So Im a bit baffeld over the fact that you put this Casino on a 4 **** rating.

Yes they are indeed in Costa Rica and you are right that means no protection for players if anything goes wrong.

That is taken into account when it comes to rating them. The main points going against this casino are no live support and being in Costa Rica. However they have been operating for over a decade now and proven themselves to be honest and dependable as far as payments go. On our Costa Rica jurisdiction page we point out that they are one of the few good casinos operating out of there.

If you are in the USA, these guys are still one of the better casinos. If you are not, as always you have plenty of better options.

They also have some very wierd slots promotions. Bonus are available to play in some specific slot's games. Sometimes i play there without a bonus as i usually do but never won anything.
Yes, everyone says this casino is good and serious so i guess it's a decent casino to play.
