Wow. That is a fairly severe response. Reading between the lines, I'd say they have your account flagged for breaking the rules somehow. If you are certain that you haven't, and you only ever signed up for 1 account, and you sent them real ID then send me a PM with your account name and I will try to find out more information for you.

Received responce from them, that my acc linked to 63(!!!!) another accounts. Just think about number, ohhhhhhhhh. I think problem in Belarus provider of internet - Beltelecom, its monopolist, so all Belarus using internet with their DNS / ips, ips dynamic, but it very very same, something like USER A had 192.168.235.18 USER B had 192.168.236.21, so this is a problem i think.

Yes the casino told me the same thing. The way I read it, "linked to" does not mean that all the accounts are yours. However it does indicate that there is an organised attempt to exploit the casino's free chip offer, and they figure that you are part of it. And seeing as you are telling almost the same, albeit slightly different story at least one other site that I found, I am inclined to believe them.

After all you cannot have legitimately signed up through both sites. So you either have multiple accounts, or are part of an organised group of people trying to defraud the casino, or you are lying about signing up via our site (or the other one) in an attempt to get us to get your money for you. I don't like the smell of this at all. Sorry.

If you're going to try to scam a casino, expect to get caught.

The way I interpreted what you wrote on the other site was that you had signed up through them, which would indicate you had multiple accounts, or you're just telling the same story all over the place in an attempt to get some money somehow.

The casino is absolutely certain that you are part of a group of fraudulent players so they won't be changing their minds I'm afraid. The dynamic IP story is rubbish. The chances of 63 different people using the same IP all randomly signing up to the exact same casino in a short space of time without there being any organisation to it is almost zero. Sorry.

Such craziness, lol! I just ran across this. I don't understand why someone would want to sign up with more than one account. I am SO appreciative of the chance to use the ONE free chip offer so I can try before I buy, and I don't understand taking advantage of that. The reason I do not understand, is because if you really want to win and withdraw funds, someday, you have to KNOW they will catch you, and you will end up with zero. Just does not make sense.

People do crazy stuff on free chip offers like sign up multiple times and try to withdraw on the accounts they win on using fake or photoshopped IDs. It happens all the time and its one of the reasons why casinos are so strict and particular when checking ID documents.

I have an account in high noon and have made several cash outs all of the sudden i guess i made to many because when i tried to make another one for a 1000 with one method they cancelled it i called and asked why and no explanation was given to me i cashed out again and they cancelled it again and they cashed out part of it without my authorization using a different method that had large fees i called again asked of an answer and they said they did not know anything told me to send an email to the cashier which i did and no explanation was given i finally gave up and cashed out the remaining amount using the method with the large fees i waited about a week and had not received any of those two cash outs in my bank account so i called and they i assured me it takes 7 days which never does but i waited i confirmed my bank account make sure they sent it to the right one and they told me they did. today i got an email that the transactions were returned because the bank information was wrong according to them even though i had already made cash out using that method i called told all this to people from high noon and they just called me a liar that never happens and they don't make mistakes they only do what the customers request all of which is a lie, instead of trying to find out what they did wrong the high noon guy i talked to just told me that they did what i requested even thought i re explained over and over again that i did not do one of those cash outs and that the bank information has been there for a while and i have done several cash outs prior to theses two using that method as well as the one that for some reason they did not want to explain they did not let me use this time i have played the other casino in that network i would recommend from this experience to use those or some other that are not from this network but definitely never play in high noon again or even for a first time because if they messed with a cash out once they will to do it again and again

Thanks for the review sard0880. I have always had positive experiences with High Noon, as it is one of the first online casinos I have gambled at.

Although my experiences have been good, it is good for people to see what others have to say. I am sorry to see you had problems there though, as almost everyone else has positive things to say about them.

I am a LOYAL, VERY LOYAL, customer at High noon. I have played thousands of dollars with them and NEVER taken a withdrawal! I buy in small amounts, $21-$40 at a time. I had made two deposits yesterday for $21, and was only credited for one. And the casino has told me that they didn't receive funds for my deposit, but they did. I even sent them a copy of my online statemernt showing the purchase by them but they refuse to credit me in my playing account. This is unacceptable. I only play at high noon casino and have never asked for a withdrawal. This is completely unfair and I'm astonished at how much money I have spent with them and they refuse to help me.
