Review of EuroGrand Casino

EuroGrand was established only recently, December 2006 to be exact. Though not available in the US, EuroGrand is available to most other countries, especially that of Europe. Due to it's association with the cPays Group, a well-known dodgy company in the online casino industry, we recommend you avoid this casino.

Blacklisted

EuroGrand is associated with the notorious cPays Group, an organization that has conducted itself in an unethical manner over a number of years. Their activities include refusing payments to players citing various technicalities, ripping off of advertising and business partners, and widespread use of spamming techniques in marketing campaigns. We recommend you avoid this casino, as there are plenty better ones out there.

Modern Software and Games

EuroGrand's software is provided by Playtech, a pioneer in casino gaming software, and there is also a flash-based online version to play for those of you who cannot or will not install the downloaded software. There are over 70 games offered at EuroGrand Casino, and you can have fun playing table games, card games, slots, and video poker variations. The progressives, all 13 of them, have big prizes to offer.

Published Payout Rate

The published payout rate at EuroGrand is quite good at around 96.6%. They sure are transparent about the rates and percentages of their payout. This is not the highest average payout rate around but it is not below standard either.

Quality of Customer Support

You can access EuroGrand’s customer support service through live chat and email. These are both good ways to reach support staff should you have problems that need immediate attention. You can also subscribe to their newsletter, where you will be given regular news on upcoming tournaments, promotions and private information.

Banking Options

The banking options are more varied than usual. You can deposit and withdraw using Visa, MasterCard, 900Pay, ACH, Check, Citadel, FirePay, Money Order, NETeller, and Wire Transfer. Notably, you may receive a 15% bonus if you pay through their preferred option.

I lost my winnings on the first day playing on EuroGrand. Wanted to withdraw some of the winnings and that resulted in losing all the winnings and bonuses. Got a reply from EuroGrand saying that it was mentioned in the terms of use. Kind of misleading anyway! Another oddity is that you have to open a game in order to withdraw any money. These are the things that make you suspect the reliability of the service...
