Beware of Cool Cat Casino. Cool Cat called me at home and offered me a 200% bonus with no restrictions and no cash out limit. I deposited $35.00 and won $3,600,00 I requested a cash out of $2,500.00 on Dec 6 and emailed all my documets to them that night. On Monday Dec 8 I called them to confirm that they had received my documentation and they confirmed that they had and they would start to work on my withdrawal. On Dec 15 my withdrawal was still pending, I called again and they told me that they did not receive my documentation until Dec 10 and that it would be 10 days after they recived my documention before they would start to process my withdrawal. I explained that I had called on Dec 8th and they had confirmed at that time that they had recieved my doc's at that time, I was told that nothing could be done because the date that they were posted was Dec 10th to wait for four days and it would be processed. Today is Dec 22nd and my withdrawal is still pending. I called again and was told that their short staffed becouse of Christmas and that they would talk to the withdrawal department and that they would start processing it tonight and that it should be sent to me in (the magic number) four days and that I could call back then and they would let me know the status. I have played a lot of Online casinos and won a few times, I have never had to wait this long, usualy the money is removed after 48 hours and a check is mailed with in four to five days after that. Not only has Cool Cat not mailed a check to me they have not even removed my withdrawal from the casino so even if I wanted to play with them again I can't without reversing my withdrawal and starting the waiting all over again. and I won't do that with all the other great casino's out here for me to play.
We've heard stories like this far too many times with these guys - see warning above. Hang on in there, stick to your guns and keep pestering them until they pay. Whatever you do, do not reverse that withdrawal and play again if it becomes possible. I suspect part of the reason they delay so much on big wins like yours is the hope that you will do exactly that and lose your winnings. I have emailed you to see if I can help you personally.

This is an update to my previous warning about Cool Cat Casino. It is now Feb 19, 2009 and I just received my withdrawal that was requested on Dec 6 and approved on Dec 30. This was not easy and I almost took the $2,430.00 as a loss.
The live chat in the withdrawal department is non existent even though you are told that this is where you must go to find out any information about your withdrawal. So it is email only and each email takes at least one business day to answer if they bother to answer, some times it takes two or three emails to get a response and the response is always will always be the same “next week” it will be approved or it will be sent. The live support team is probably the rudest I’ve ever dealt with a few times I’ve been put on hold for 30 minutes or longer when I asked to speak to the Casino manager just to be hung up on when I did not give up waiting.
It took over 40 emails and I can't even begin to guess at the phone calls and two interceptions from CL-Ed at Casino Listings Online to receive my winnings. For the first month I was told every week that it would be approved the following week. This is where CL-Ed first helped me by contacting the casino and they finally approved it and removed it from the banking portion of the casino. After it was approved I had been told over and over again for the next four weeks that my wire was in the queue for the following week to go out but when the following week came I was told one excuse after another as to why it did not go out. I originally requested a wire into my account but my bank is a small local bank and does not have it’s own Swift #, they go thru JPM Chase then to my bank then to my account for International wires, the casino refused to do this they told me that it need to go directly to my account and that I would need to send different wire directions.
After two weeks of trying to tell them that my bank had no other wire directions other that the ones I sent to them and even attached the fax with these direction from my bank to prove it they refused to wire my funds and I was told that they could not send a check to me. I sent and email asking what my options were and they did not answer, 6 emails later asking the same question “what were my options to receiving my winnings?” there was still no answer. This is when I asked CL-Ed once again for his help I can honestly say that he is a miracle worker because after I asked for his help some one higher up in the Casino contacted me and I had a check in my hand in four business days. I do not believe that would have been the case without CL-Ed’s help from Casino Listings.
They do have great bonuses but this means nothing if you can not get paid if you win. I will never deal with this Casino or its sister Casino’s again and my strong recommendation to anyone thinking about playing at Cool Cat Casino is don’t do it unless you are not planning on winning, because if you do win it will take a very long time to receive your winnings along with a lot of aggravation in the process.
I actually hit the jackpot in a game for over 8,000 bucks and that put me at over 9,000...but due to the 10X max out, I can only withdraw 400 and now they are saying I have to get to 0 balance and redeposit to win anymore at all. Crazy crap. Plus, saying will take at least 20 days to get the 400......and I can't seem to lose, so...............I am sure sooner or later they take me to zero balance hoping I will continue sticking my money on here. Someone please tell me of a reputable casino....I check the top 10 all the time, but find the same thing over and over again...just a rip off.

Thanks for the info. Now they are also saying that since I played blackjack AFTER I requested my full withdrawal that I was supposedly entiled to, I can't even get that. These people are truly a joke.

I too have played at Cool Cat. I won only $200 and was told that my bonus comes out of my winnings, so I was only due $80, of which $28 would go to fees. After a month they sent me a money gram from Bulgaria. While waiting for that I won $400. It has been another month, no money, I was just informed that after they take the bonus out, I will get $120 EVENTUALLY.
I have never delt with a casino that gives you a bonus, makes you go thry a REALLY HIGH playthrough (30 or 40X) and then takes the bonus out of your winnings?

Non-cashable (aka "sticky") bonuses are fairly common. Regardless of that, the pain they put you through to get your money is not worth it. Thanks for your feedback stashusgirl - at least others can learn from your experience and stay away from Cool Cat!

guess there are a lot of people finding out the hard way about coolcat casino I did not read all the bad reviews until after playing on the site, a mistake i will never make again.My withdrawal was made on 1-1-10and i have heard every excuse you can think of for not getting my money. At this point i dont know weather to give up or not, however i am still making several phone calls a day. and at least 15 e-mails a day.Hopefully ill get it. please wish me luck
After hearing all these comments and criticism I confess that I was afraid of cool cat casino, i Recently I opened an account with this casino and i received one free chip $400.. after playing and meet all requirements I won $ 380... i send requested documents and is now completing 10 days and have not received any response..

Short answer is yes, you will always have problems and delays trying to withdraw from these guys.
We have a member here who works for this group of casinos. If you are not getting a response then please try sending her a polite message to see if she can help: Prism aff mngr (click that link then use the "contact" tab).
Usually they have strict limits on the amount they will pay out from a free chip so I will be very surprised if they pay you the full $380!
And don't worry about your English, its better than some English speakers!

Hello folks.....I have been waiting for $7100.00 from cool cat for over a month now. All i get is excuses and coupons...lol...listen everyone i made a mistake by playing here after they sent me a disk in the mail....don't make the same mistake....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT PAY AT ALL!!! Well I would just like to say "Thank You" to the Prism aff mngr Ingrid. I sent her an e-mail and bingo my withdrawl was approved. Not for the full $2100 but for $750 which was 10x cash out. I will be carefull with the coupons no matter what casino i visit....I guess just a learning experience. From now on I will use "No Restriction" coupons ONLY. I guess now I will report when I actually recieve the check. She (Ingrid) said 7 days...we wiil see....anyway thanks again for the help. Well folks here is an update....my withdrawl (for $750) was approved by these idiots on 3/22 I just got off live chat with them and they said my chceck now is suppoesed to be sent out by the end of the week...what a joke!!! Eric at live help told me they are waiting for a tracking number......one excuse after another....COOL CAT CASINO IS NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND THIEVES!!!! DO NOT PLAY THERE!!!! As a matter of fact I am going to Costa Rica fishing this summer I think i will stop by and visit them.....and use them for bait on my fishing trip...LOL
Try PM'ing Prism aff mngr again. The treatment you are getting is unacceptable... but if you keep pestering them in a polite way you can still get paid.
As a very general note, be extremely sceptical of any casinos operating out of Costa Rica. There is no such thing as a casino license there - just a regular business license that anyone can get. There is no oversight, regulation or accountability so you are taking a risk just by playing with them.

Update 4/7/2010.....Yesterday, I posted a comment about my money I was waiting for.....as you can see from that comment, Erice told me my check would not go out till next week. Last nite, Fed-ex called and left a mesage saying to leave a release note so they can leave it at my door. It's a good thing they did as I never received any kind of notification from cool cat that the check was sent which they toild me they were going to do. If it wasn't for fed-ex calling, I would have have not been able to receive the envelope as it was signature required. With no note, the package would have been sent back to them. It seems like they do every thing possible to hope you do not recieve it and then it would have been sent back. Right now, I hope the check clears as i deposited it this morning. Also the withdrawl was for 750 and I got 710. They must have taken out a shipping fee. It would be nice if they took the fee out of the money they kept and not charged me. The withdrawl was for 2100 but due to the 10x cash ot rule the other monies were just confiscated.
I have just sent Ingrid (Prism Aff Mgr) a nice note this morning as I also have two more withdrawls pending from March 13th 2010. One for 2100 and the other for 2600 both on the same day. There is indeed no maximum cashout on the bonus code you used, so the only amount that will be deducted is the bonus itself (non-cashable), which was $125. Your withdrawal will be divided in installments and they will be approved and sent to you leaving some time in between, this is for your safety and ours.
Even though it usually takes 7 to 10 business days for withdrawals to be approved, there has been an unusually high amount of withdrawal requests lately and things are backed up.
I will keep an eye on your withdrawal and try to put priority on it. I can promise that it will be approved and sent, but unfortunately it won't be as quickly as I wish it could be.

There are so many withdrawls and declines showing up I dont know what it means.
