Review of Classy Coin Casino

Compared to the other casinos owned by Milore Limited that left us wondering what in the world were they thinking when they named them (Loco Panda or Onbling Casino anyone?), Classy Coin sounds positively restrained. Goofy casino names aside, the casinos run by this operator tend to be decent, if not anything special, so I must admit I had modest expectations when charged with checking them out for this review. So does it stack up to our standards?

Software and Games

Classy Coin Casino is powered by Real Time Gaming software and includes the company's entire software library, with the exception of the notably absent networked progressive jackpot games. When you go to the casino's website you are presented with a choice for how to register and play the casino's games. The first option is a "no-download" Flash based casino that allows you to play the games through your internet browser, although the game selection is not as comprehensive as a downloadable casino.

The second option is of course the downloadable option, with which you install the casino's software to your computer. We had no problem installing this, and the process took less than two minutes. After getting our registration set we were ready to play Classy Coin's staple of games.

Overall the RTG games provide an entertaining experience when it comes to wagering at the casino. While there is a large selection of slot machines, a lot of the slots blend together with similar looking symbols and graphics that are colourful but don't really don't set themselves apart from other casinos on the internet. If you have played at other RTG casinos, then you will know what to expect, and you no doubt already know whether you love them or not!

Classy Coin's table games are actually the casino's best asset in my opinion. The games are responsive and provide a crisp gaming experience. If you like to play blackjack with multiple hands you can do it. If you like to speed play your table games, you can do that too. Once again, while nothing will blow you away presentation wise, the table games will provide a reliable and stable gaming experience that will keep you at the tables.

Banking And Customer Service

Banking at Classy Coin Casino is without doubt the most disappointing aspect of the casino as a whole. Management has clearly decided to focus on the American market, and as a result the deposit and withdrawal options are limited. In addition the casino has placed an "up to $3,000" per transaction limit for getting your money out of the casino. Our real world experience with this group of casinos is that the limit varies on a player to player basis and can often be as low as $500 per withdrawal. On top of that, each withdrawal transaction can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for approval before your payout is even processed. This is simply not acceptable in a world that sees other casinos able to approve, process and complete a withdrawal in less than 24 hours.

Needless to say we were pretty disappointed by the banking system at Classy Coin and we sincerely hope that they are able to remedy some of the restrictions they have placed on themselves in the financial department in the near future.

Customer service is markedly better than the banking system as we were treated to friendly representatives that were eager to answer our questions and get us back on the virtual floor playing games. Customer service is available through live chat, telephone, and email. Each of the options is quick enough, but for the real instant service we recommend using the site's instant messenger. We initiated a session to inquire about a particular free chip and were treated to prompt service that answered our query and had us spinning the reels in under 3 minutes. We were impressed by that.

Summary

Classy Coin Casino is a decent place to play at for American based casino players, albeit nothing really all that special. Players from other parts of the world have far better options, and there are several better casinos with the same games that accept Americans. The casino is hampered by a weak banking system that takes a lot longer to process transactions than is acceptable in our eyes.

Good Ole Classy Coin Cassino I just about the worst. I hit for $800.00. Sent in all of the paperwork and got an email from them stating that I was deactivted thru management decision and for security reasons. I was told that I would get my deposits back of $200.00. To this date nothing.. This started in the beginning of April......

Sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for posting and sharing to warn others. I won't be using their "no-deposit" "free" chip if that is how they treat their winners.

From the review it makes it sound as if they have decent customer service. Maybe post in the "Help and Disputes" section of this website's forums, and see if CL-Ed can maybe do something to help you. Maybe he could at least help you get the 200.00 deposit back if you have the email stating they were to return that to you.

Good luck!
