Review of Cirrus Casino
Cirrus Casino is an oddly-named Real Time Gaming casino operating under the umbrella of the Costa Rican based Virtual Casino Group. We're unsure if they are trying to associate themselves with a type of cloud, a German rocket, or the worldwide ATM network, but the latter explanation seems the most plausible. Known chiefly for their virtual plethora of free chips and deposit bonuses, their range of bonus offers is rivalled only by their lethargic withdrawal processes, and eagerness to use obscure fine print conditions to void winnings made on free chip bonuses.
Warning - snail-pace payments, voided winnings
Cirrus Casino, and indeed the others in the Virtual Casino Group, have earned quite a reputation due to the quantity of no deposit free chips they offer. This has not gone unnoticed by every casino scammer, cheater and multi-accounter online. The end result is that should you win at this casino, you can expect to be thoroughly vetted and to wait a long time to receive your winnings - if you are lucky. They might pay eventually should you have met each and every condition placed on these deals but be aware that if you have violated any of their terms in the slightest way, you can expect to have your winnings voided. This could include something as mundane as using two free chip codes in a row without depositing in between, even though they emailed you the free chip code themselves.
Sure, go ahead and try out the software for a bit of fun using a free chip code, but when it comes time to deposit your money, stay far away - you can do a lot better at other Real Time Gaming casinos with the same set of games such as Aladdin's Gold, Club USA, Slots Plus, iNetBet.
Cirrus Casino Game Selection
Cirrus Casino offers the standard Real Time Gaming selection of around 80 games, which falls somewhat short of a 300+ Microgaming offering, but nevertheless is more than enough for you to find some entertainment. You will find a decent combination of traditional table games including craps, baccarat, roulette, multiple blackjack variations, caribbean stud poker, three card poker plus a few more. Also available are keno, video poker, and 40+ slot games covering three reel, five reel, progressive and non-progressive variants. All games can be played in either "fun mode" or for real money, and you can even play a smaller subset of the games directly inside your browser via an "instant play" flash interface if you find that preferable to installing the downloadable software.
Customer Support
Support options include email, phone, fax, and live text chat. We have found the live chat support to be, shall we say, a little unprofessional from time to time. Perhaps tired of hearing endless enquiries about slow payments and confiscated winnings, the typical Cirrus support person conveys a particularly unhelpful "everyone is a scammer unless proven otherwise" mentality. Your mileage may vary of course.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Cirrus Casino has definite issues in the deposits and withdrawal departments. Deposits are limited to Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Moneybookers and Click2Pay, and add wire transfer and cashier's cheque to that list when making a withdrawal.
Comments
do not play at this site, the minute you make a payout request, 12 weeks later you get a bs story about a western union check being lost, its been 12 weeks plus, still no money Jeff
I hardly remember, but I guess I tried Cirrus Casino once, I played Caribbean stud and I lost at the very first 15 minutes. Now I guess it was better to loose there, than to win- anyway, I'd not be able to get my winnings and now I do not have a feeling that I've been cheated

Nothing beats feedback from other players about an online casino, be it good or bad. If you have experience with this casino then we would love to hear about it.
