"Approved" by a fake watchdog organization

Casino Vega's website appears at first glance to be reasonable enough, but once you scratch the surface, the scam unravels. The casino claims to be approved by the Internet Gaming Commission. Sounds great, except that the Internet Gaming Commission is a fake organization set up to confuse people who may have heard of the real IGC: the Interactive Gaming Council. Don't believe me? Confiscation of Winnings

Casino Vega is known to confiscate winnings of players on a whim, often claiming the player did not meet terms and conditions that are not published on the website, and were never made known to the player. Of the terms that are printed on the website, perhaps these are the most revealing:

In order to receive a cash out, a player must have deposited a minimum of $25 within the last 14 days.

Casino Vega reserves the right to terminate a Member account at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.

All rules, regulations & cashout policies at Casino Vega are subject to change without prior notice.

Other rules invoked from time to time to prevent players withdrawing money include only allowing players to withdraw on certain days of the week, and claiming that all amounts deposited into the casino are subject to 15 times playthrough, even if the player did not receive a bonus with wagering requirements.
