Review of Casino Titan
Casino Titan is a Real Time Gaming (RTG) casino owned by the Curacao-based Netad Management group. They have a comprehensive library of RTG games presented in a slick software package, including all of the latest titles. Being an RTG shop, this casino welcomes players from the USA.
Software and games
Casino Titan is provided using the Real Time Gaming software platform. You can play instantly in your web browser or download the software. The graphics are crisp and creative, with most of the games looking cutting edge. Table games come across slick and conservative, giving that real professional casino feel – you can almost smell the felt.
The Casino Titan software will run even on a relatively modest set up, provided it has some sort of Windows operating system installed on it. Any computer you bought in the last five years or so will probably be fine. Mac users aren't natively supported via the download option, but can either use the instant play version or run the software either in Boot Camp or through virtualisation software like Vmware Fusion.
The entire Real Series of multi line 5 Reel Video Slots are available to play here at Casino Titan, and there are some brilliant titles among them including Funky Monkey, Prince of Sherwood, Ronin, and Mice Dice. There is also a wide selection of Blackjack variants and different forms of Poker games, including Caribbean Stud, Pai Gow, War, Tri Card Poker and Red Dog. Then there's Roulette, Craps, Bonus Bingo and more – plenty to keep most table game players happy.
Progressive jackpot players should note that the regular RTG networked progressive jackpots such as Jackpot Pinatas and Aztec's Millions are not offered at this casino.
Bonus Package
Rather than a Welcome Bonus, Casino Titan offers a Welcome Package. This includes a set of deposit bonuses that add up to a whopping $3,000 free, plus 1000 loyalty points to get you started in the VIP Club. In addition, new players get a 10% cash back deal, which returns 10% of your playing losses to you. Casino Titan features a VIP Club that rewards their regular players with comp points – or loyalty points as they like to call them. Basically, you earn points for every bet you make, and they add up. Once they reach a certain level, you can exchange the points for cash.
Customer support and banking options
Support is provided by a customer service team that operates 24/7. Support can be contacted by phone, fax, email, or the handy live text chat option. However in our experience the support crew sometimes doesn't appear to be there, and when they are they aren't the most helpful.
The options you have for depositing and withdrawing your money are detailed on the right of this page. Players from the USA have to be content with a check or wire transfer for withdrawals, whereas non-US players have a good selection of e-wallets such as Neteller, Moneybookers, and Click2Pay to choose from. Players should bear in mind that there is a $100 minimum withdrawal amount, and withdrawals are paid in instalments "up to $3000", "depending on VIP status", period not specified. In reality, you won't know how long to expect to wait to receive your withdrawal, and you won't know how much they will decide to pay you. Our experience has been that you will be paid in instalments that are roughly a week or two apart, and the amount will be less than $3000, in many cases as low as $500 at a time. This may be acceptable for U.S. players who are starved for choice, but frankly for everyone else, it isn't good enough.
Casino Titan looks the goods, it has an excellent website and software interface and a full collection of the latest RTG games. However it could be so much better with some customer support improvements and some less ridiculous withdrawal limitations. Non-U.S. players should look elsewhere, but if you're in the USA and you want to give them a shot, go there with your eyes open to the drawbacks.
Comments
I have won about $2500 at Casino Titan - would only let me withdraw $500 at a time, took about 2 weeks to get each installment. The last installment I requested I had to email customer service because it had been 10 days and I had not received an email stating my withdrawl was approved. This is the answer I received:
Regarding your recent withdrawal request, due to a management decision we have temporarily placed this on hold, as our security department are reviewing all accounts. We will keep you updated with any changes via email.
Please accept my profuse apologies for the delay.
Do not know what this means - if the casino is being audited or what ... I will keep posted

There is no way the casino is being audited as they are basically unregulated. I am almost certain that the "security check" explanation is bogus because they would have gone through this process before sending you your first payment. It makes no sense to send 4 payments then check your credentials before the 5th. The more probable explanation is either they have a cashflow issue or they are simply delaying in the hope you will reverse your withdrawal and play with the funds.
Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing.
Every comment you make in our forum earns you CLchips which can be used to buy real prizes in our CLchips shop!
Wow, that is bunk right there. I played at Casino Titan with a free chip and was not impressed with what I saw. Thank God I didn't win anything, or else I likely would have really regretted it.
Congrats on the win. I hope you eventually get everything you are due.

Here is the latest - It is now the 13th of August and I still have not received acknowledgement or funds:
Thank you for your e-mail.
I am aware of the issue of your withdrawal. there is a security check running on the account from the anti-fraud department and therefore the withdrawals are currently on hold.
we will keep you updated in this matter.
Kind regards

What kind of fraud can they be looking for ? I deposited 25.00 and was lucky enough to win.
Anyone else having these problems with CT?
