I have played at Aladdins for a Good wile now, but Don't expect to win anything. I have Dropped $ 100.00 dollars in two days and it was gone before i knew it. First they only offer you 50% match Bonus but if you Deposit 250.00 They will give you 100% match bonus. When you Play there slots you very rarely get the Free Bonus spins, and When you do get them you don't get much back, and if you win $ 10.00 they will take $ 30.00 back before you are able to hit anything Else. After I dropped $100.00 in there casino I asked the Chat lady for a Free Chip and I was Given $10.00 with a 10X playthrough..and 100 dollar cashout now how can you do anything with $10.00 .So when I made my Deposits and was Playing slot I was betting .50 Cents and even betting low they still don't give you anything to play with. So I decided to Play one Cent Keno and Betting 10 numbers if you hit 7 numbers you get back 12 cents and I could not even get that. All in all Aladdins has gotten like all other Casinos land and Internet It is all about money and not letting people enjoy ther gameing. So I would if I were you don't waste your money at Aladdins gold casino and if you do and you go throught what I went through don't say you haven't been warned

sounds like you were just unlucky kenny. i have played there - won some & lost some but I had fun and the website is great. they often email me special bonuses which are not advertised. i didnt know the CS would give a free chip if i asked ... im off to see if can get one!

You can definitely tell the difference between the higher and lower end RTG casinos. This one is one of the better ones for sure.

My experience with this casino showed me that they do not make your confidentiality a priority, and over something so simple, they do not want to work with you to keep you as a client. The Live Chat employee was more concerned on trying to get stabs in than provide customer service to the issue. I came here and saw it was recommended for USA players. I can see why because the one game I played was nice, and it took the VISA deposit immediately and easily; however, not five minutes after that, they sent a pop-up saying to contact them to provide more info by calling or by chat, and when I logged on and someone finally responded to the chat, they would not handle it. I liked the one game I tried and would have otherwise continued to play as it had the potential for fun, but they gave me such hassle in 5 minutes that I told them to close my account.

I put in for a withdraw on 090912 and they processed it on 091112, so I called on friday of that same week and was promised that I would get my money on the following tuesday 091812 and I was instructed to call on monday 091712 to confirm this. I called on monday and then I was told to wait until 091812 and call again. I just called, as instructed and was told that now it will take until friday 092112. Aladdins gold is stalling and doesn't want to pay me, why? I do not know. On the websited it states under cashier that it takes 5 days to get to me. It also states "We pride ourselves on making fast payments" yet they do not make fast payments they stall and keep your money until they get off of their lazy ass and process it. I am not sure what is going on with this casino and why they want to keep my money. They charge 5% to process the withdraw and still make us wait until they feel like processing the withdraw. This happened to me before and after 3-5 weeks of waiting for my money, the money was returned to my account. Aladdins gold should be blacklisted like a few of the other casinos due to lying on the website and to let people know that they are slow payers and really do not care about the people who play and put money on their casino. I feel that they DO NOT abide by the fair gaming rules and their words and actions prove that they are not what the web states. Aladdins gold customer service leave a lot to be desired: When called they will say anything to keep a player in limbo again until they feel like procecssing the money. Additionally when I called today they said I don't have a pending withdraw yet I received an email from them stating that I have put in for a withdraw, it is bad casinos like this that make it bad for all online gambling. I know that I am just one player and I do not count and they don't care. I have now blocked my account, because I do not wish to listen to their lies anymore.

Hi triken, and thanks for sharing your experience here. Unfortunately it sounds an awful lot like you are inside the USA which complicates things enormously for casinos that want to pay you, even the good ones.

I can tell you this - although they may have problems from time to time (ALL casinos serving Americans do) these guys will pay you so if you can unblock your account do so and try again. If you are unable to do so, send me a PM and let me know what your username there is and I'll contact them for you.
