It has been just over a year since the events of Black Friday changed the world of online gambling forever. For those who are new to the world of internet based gambling, Black Friday was a day last April when the United States Department of Justice shut down the .com domains of several big online poker sites such as Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars and indicted several people involved in the internet poker business with criminal and civil lawsuits.

As an American gambler, I was thrilled to hear about the Department of Justice's change of stance on the Wire Act. What this meant for me, and many of my fellow online gamblers is that we were justified in knowing what we were doing was NOT illegal. Vindication was ours, and I felt that things would loosen up for us Yankee players as more companies re-entered the American market.

I was wrong.

Waiting for a ACH from Feb 29 They claim "we had a problem with the ACH's on Feb 29th we will fix them today or tomorrow thios has been five days and no money yet Alo waiting for ACH from Club world over ten days now too. Why is it that it takes so long to get your money back but they can clear a deposit immediatley?

I lost over $1000 ACH to Club Worl over a yera ago They claim that the ACH was sent out never cleared into my bank but was also never returned so I was out of lluck I should have quit with these guys back then
